The majority of NewsBoss clients maintain a NewsBoss Software Maintenance Subscription which ensures rapid access to NewsBoss technical support and also includes access to NewsBoss software updates at no additional cost. NewsBoss aggressively develops new functionality to meet client needs and to take advantage of new technologies. These regular upgrades are made available to all customers with NewsBoss Software Maintenance Subscriptions.
Technical Support
NewsBoss technical support is available 24/7 for mission critical emergencies and is delivered by highly skilled technicians with extensive I.T. knowledge and broadcasting experience. Support covers installation and configuration, software upgrades, user issues and assistance with major projects such as facility relocations and hardware upgrades.
Training
NewsBoss offers user-focused training which can be delivered on site or online as required. Training is delivered by highly experienced trainers with both technical and news broadcasting experience. Training covers more than software functionality - it is an opportunity to evaluate workflows and configure NewsBoss to best suit your exact needs, improve efficiency and maximize benefits. Training packages can be tailored to individual needs from full on site training for new installations, to online refreshers or upgrade training, new staff orientation and more.
