Remote Help
NewsBoss Remote Help uses LogMeIn Rescue to enable a NewsBoss Support Technician to connect directly to your computer.
Navigate to this page on the computer you need help with and enter the 6-digit code supplied by the NewsBoss Support technician.
After entering the code, you will be prompted to download and run a small web browser applet.
When this is completed, you will be prompted a second time to authorize the connection.

About LogMeIn Rescue
LogMeIn Rescue is a highly secure browser based connection system which enables the NewsBoss Support technician to see and operate computers forming part of your NewsBoss system.
LogMeIn Rescue employs end-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption which is the same security level used and trusted by major banking institutions.
The process involves entering a 6 digit code, authorizing, downloading and running a small applet, and a final connection authorization step.
The applet automatically removes itself from the PC at the conclusion of the session.
